This website offers digital publications only (such as PDF and MP3 files). No services, consultations, coaching, or human services are sold through this storefront.

2) Merchant of Record and checkout

When purchases are enabled, checkout, payment processing, tax/VAT handling (where applicable), receipts, and buyer support are handled by Gumroad, acting as the Merchant of Record.

Your payment details are provided directly to Gumroad during checkout and are processed according to Gumroad’s terms and policies.

3) Delivery

Digital delivery is typically immediate after successful payment.

You will usually receive:

• an on-screen confirmation with access instructions, and
• an email receipt from Gumroad that includes your download link or delivery instructions.

If you can’t find the email, please check Spam/Junk and Promotions/Updates folders first. If needed, Gumroad Supportcan resend delivery emails and receipts.

4) License and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are provided for personal use only.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly,
• upload the files to public websites or file-sharing services,
• remove copyright notices or claim authorship.

Brief quotations for reviews are permitted.

5) Intellectual property

All content sold and displayed on this site (including text, branding, and digital files) is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6) Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.

Refund requests may be considered in cases such as:

• duplicate charges,
• an unresolved technical delivery issue (inability to access the files after reasonable support attempts),
• or other situations required by applicable consumer law.

Refund requests and payment issues are handled through Gumroad as Merchant of Record.

7) Disclaimer
